-POOR IMPLEMENTATION-
- Do not follow the Process. You may need to put in certain requirements to ensure that they do so.
- Do not use the systems provided. (change is hard, to tell someone – no more use of Excel or Budget Status Reports from the Agency, no need for emails approvals can be difficult). Once they get use to it they will understand. But initially – they may need “encouragement”
- You may need Upper Management Support to ensure that implementation of the Process and utilization of the systems are utilized as intended.
- All the transparency is there for all to see, but no one addresses it.
