This video will show you how to Add a new tactic into ARMS (Agency Job Number, Product, Status, Title, Project Owner, Deliverable and optionally the Creative Brief/Project Workplan details). [VIDEO]
- Add in your Agency Job # (or a temporary holding #) in the Project # field.
- From the drop downs, select the appropriate Status, Product, Project Owner, Project Type and Qualifier.
- Put in the title of the job.
- Enter Deliverable description
- If your client sends you a Job Initiation Brief (JIB) via ARMS, you can find a list of unassigned JIBs by clicking on the Lookup JIB # link.
- Once you have entered the Project Details, click the Add button.
- Then, to assign staff, click on the Click here to staff this project link.
- Optionally you can fill in the Creative Brief information now or later.
